Cuando Los Chanchos Vuelen
Una loca odisea de unos chilenos(as) que llevan de vuelta el cerdo Algie gigante de Pink Floyd de vuelta a Battersea (portada del disco Animals, 1977). Travesía liderada por una mujer penquista que tiene el inflable original en su casa y que quiere cumplir el sueño de cientos de fans, ver volar al cerdo nuevamente. Una travesía llena de problemas, desencuentros, risas y música que vuela con un mensaje de Resistencia y unidad desde el sur del mundo.
Returning Algie
A wild odyssey of Chileans determined to return Pink Floyd’s giant Algie pig to Battersea, the iconic cover of the 1977 album Animals. The journey is led by a woman from Concepción who keeps the original inflatable in her home and dreams of fulfilling the wish of hundreds of fans: to see the pig fly once more. An epic adventure brimming with setbacks, disagreements, laughter, and music that rises with a message of resistance and unity from the southern edge of the world.
Dalia, una joven mujer abrumada por el vacío existencial que vive luego de la desaparición de su madre y la traición de su padre y novio, inicia una travesía personal, acompañada de un hada, que ha sido exiliada del mundo mágico. Se les une en el camino un vagabundo místico lleno de enseñanzas. En este inaudito viaje cada uno encontrará su verdadera naturaleza interior.
Dalia, a young woman shattered by her mother’s disappearance and the betrayal of her father and boyfriend, sets out on a journey to rebuild herself. She is joined by Fairy, an exiled magical creature, and a mysterious wanderer whose wisdom challenges them both. Together, they cross a world where reality and fantasy collide, each discovering that redemption begins by facing one’s own shadow.
